What is a Mastermind?
Mastermind: 2025 is a hivemind and accountability group where like-minded professionals commit to helping each other grow and succeed.
This 10-month program is designed to help you accomplish a major project or significant goal. You decide what your project is, and we help you get there. Along the way, you’ll bond with professionals from similar careers and with shared experiences.
This is your high achievers club, where everyone is committed to helping each other grow. With a crystal-clear focus on the project you’re working on, you’ll get regular feedback, insights, and ideas to help you make progress.
Who should join?
This Mastermind group is for ambitious and motivated executives, leaders, and experts in the ideas industry. Whether you’re starting a Substack, writing a book, raising money, or leveling up your leadership.
We invite those who are civil optimists, open-minded learners, and solutions-oriented advocates.
Each Mastermind group will build tight-knit connections that last beyond the 10-month program.
What's included?
Members will be placed in small groups and participate in regular monthly sessions and an annual capstone. You will also be part of the larger Mastermind community with optional sessions designed to build skill and knowledge.
Monthly Live Hivemind with Bob Ewing (Required)
A 90-minute session each month with your small group. You’ll get the floor to share your progress, challenges, and goals in each session. Then, receive feedback and set your commitments for the next month.
Year-End Capstone (Required)
At the end of the program, you’ll present your project’s progress, successes, and next steps. This is a moment for self-reflection and to celebrate your achievements.
Quarterly Expert Hour, Facilitated by Maryrose Ewing
Get insights from rotating experts on leadership, communication, and challenges that arise in the mastermind.
Monthly Public Speaking Hot Seat with Kim Hemsley
Practice your speaking and receive expert feedback to help you improve your confidence and stage presence.
Monthly Office Hours with Maryrose Ewing
Informal time to check in on your progress, work through a roadblock, or get guidance on a challenge.
Asynchronous Slack Community
Get quick feedback on your writing, presentations, or project. Poll the group, ask questions, and stay connected.

About the Ewing School
You have a big, hairy, audacious idea. We help you talk about your idea so that others will understand and care.
Our communications training focuses on developing your skills as a speaker, listener, and leader. We approach training just as you would learn to play the guitar or swim. By testing, getting feedback, and iterating.
We will help you build confidence and clarity in your ideas. So you can effectively communicate with the people who matter most. Whether that’s investors, policymakers, the media, or anyone else.
